Modianists' War Against Constitutional Order

This write up is in response to this news report of proceedings in the Madras High Court "In Re Governor R.N. Ravi contra Minister Senthil Balaji."

The real question is not whether a Governor can recall and suspend his order (he lacks the power to do so).
The only real question is if the Governor has the authority to dismiss a minister "on his own authority." 

He doesn't. 

Moreover, R.N. Ravi's act is an Act of High Treason, and of Waging War Against the Indian State, an Extraordinary & Extremely Grave Crime that requires his retrospective dismissal, arrest and trial under the most strict & severe conditions. 

The Supreme Court of India & Indian Parliament too need to investigate & prosecute judges of the Madras High Court for its actions in this matter. 

However, it will become necessary to indict Narendra Modi as a Co-Conspirator, and as the direct instigator of this Crime

This is because Narendra Modi, who is the supremely most corrupt Prime Minister of India, has directly instigated civil servants into subordination, vide his Omerta coded speech of April 21, 2023: 

«Highlighting the importance and necessity of political parties with different ideologies in a democracy, the Prime Minister stressed the need for the Bureaucracy to assess whether the political party in power is utilizing the taxpayers' money for the benefit of the nation. "It is the duty of the Bureaucracy to analyze whether a political party is making use of taxpayers' money for the benefit of their own organization or the nation's," the Prime Minister continued, "or if it is using the money to create a vote bank or making the lives of the citizens easier; if it is advertising itself with government money or making the people aware; if it is appointing its own party workers in various organizations or creating a transparent process for recruitment."» (Source)

Narendra Modi is notorious for doing exactly the same corrupt practices that he insidiously insinuates that opposition parties ruling in states, are doing, but the Omerta Code is intimidation of civil servants to act solely against his opponents, and to turn a blind eye to his gravely worse criminal activities. 

Every person is obliged to act with integrity when he's confronted with an order from  superiors, to do wrong. This has been the moral teaching of the Catholic Church for 2000 years of its existence, and adopted as the "Nuremberg Principles."

However, Narendra Modi isn't asking Civil Servants to be impartial, unbiased, but is using here an Omerta Code to command and threaten Civil Servants to toe his illegal and corrupt orders, to be insubordinate to their political bosses where and when they belong to opposition parties, but never against his Kleptocracy at the "Central" or "Federal" level, and his Provincial Kleptocracies. 

It is this exact Modianism that his Intendants, the "Governors" of Tamil Nadu, and of every of the Indian "states" are strictly obliged to do on a proactive basis. 

This is what R.N. Ravi has done, illegally and criminally, in the matter of Tamil Nadu provincial minister Senthil Balaji. 

R.N. Ravi needs to be urgently arrested, but so too must his Principal, Narendra Modi, for High Treason, for Sedition, for subverting the Constitutional Order, etc. 

As a matter of fact, his entire Cabinet of Ministers, judges of the Supreme Court of India from atleast 2014, and all his appontees in each and every office and position: Presidentship, Vice-president, down to the lowest bureacrat he appointed. 

The Not-So Secret Hindu Nazi Military Coup of 2013-14 which instated Narendra Modi, needs to be decisively reversed. 

This is a War. MARCH THE BASTARDS TO THE BRIG. EXTERMINATE THEM WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE.
