Supreme Court of India, SCI's scepticism can allow it to take over ED, firewall it (ineffectively) from Modi Sarkar, but in the face of the #KukiGenocide by Meitei "Elected Government," comparable to #ArmenianGenocide, #Holocaust, it throws up its hands. 

Yes, SCI made law - prejudicedly - the so-called "Vishakha Guidelines." 

SCI is able to take action in Grave Emergency situation by taking Kukiland out of Manipur, as Separate Administration, Union Territory, or Merger With Mizoram in the Absence of Parliament & Executive Actions. 

Not doing so is Greenlighting other wannabe #Terrorarchs to replicate #PabungsGame #KukiGenocide.

SCI is being blatantly partisan, indifferent to Kukis' plight, subservient, servile towards complicit Modi Sarkar.

What has SCI done in the Manipur matter? 

It's admitted that Manipur High Court Acting Chief Justice Muralidharan's order that Manipur Pradesh Government send recommendation to Central Government to include the Meiteis in Scheduled Tribes is illegal, and acted as a trigger. But it didn't, not yet, strike it down. That judgement hasn't been recalled by the High Court order, only suspended it. 

SCI was seized, on a suit by Mr Peter Machado & Others, since mid-2022, regarding Anti-Christian violence, but has been extremely flippant, nonchalant. That spells Complicity. 

The SCI that delivered the Babri Masjid mockery, sleeps on Article 370, whitewashed the Rafaele Scam, Murder of Judge Loya, and of Ehsan Jafri, enabled persecution of Teesta Setalvad, can't be trusted to be a honest broker, can it?
