Video of Army Truck Speeding Away from attackers

I had shared a video that had been shared on Twitter by a Kuki "T.M.S. Haokip" using "@Thangmin202" as his / her handle.

This video now has been deleted.

This video showed a canvas covered military truck speeding away as it comes under fire, including a smoke bomb  (maybe tear gas), and as it speeds away to the right, two soldiers grab onto it, and one of them falls. 

The video was shared in response to a video posted by Ashok Swain showing an Indian Army / Assam Rifles / Rapid Action Force convoy stalled by a Meitei mob. 
The "speeding military truck" video has been deleted. 

When I seek for a reason it was deleted, Twitter redirects to a page that indicates that the video was deleted at the request of the Government of India!
