50 PLUS CHURCHES BURNED: WHAT IS HAPPENING IN MANIPUR?
The Only Solution To Manipur's Troubles is to trifurcate it, Naga areas to Nagaland, Mizo-Kuki areas to Mizoram, leaving a rump Manipur of Imphal Valley.
THE PRESENT CONFLAGRATION IN MANIPUR IS THE DIRECT RESULT of mischief by a judge of the Manipur High Court on Feb 27, 2023, "ordering" the BJP Biren Singh Regime Gobarment of Manipur to include the Meiteis into the Schedules Tribes.
For background: Particularly since Feb. 2023, Biren Singh has been pushing the Sanghi Agenda of "Land Clearances" in Manipur by pretending that most Naga and Mizo-Kuki homes, properties and their Protestant churches in the Imphal valley and in the Manipur Highlands are illegal encroachments on State forest lands, etc., demolishing them, evicting the Naga and Mizo-Kuki Highland tribals from their homes, properties and churches, both in the Imphal Valley and in the Manipur Highlands.
The Scheduled Tribes laws provide protection to the predominantly Protestant Nagas and Mizo-Kukis of the Highlands, less numerous and less prosperous than the Meiteis, from Meiteis buying out their lands in the highlands, effectively confining the Meiteis to their native Imphal Valley.
The Meiteis want to expand into the Highlands, which can happen only at the cost of the Naga and Mizo-Kuki native tribes of the Highlands.
Inclusion of the Meiteis in the Scheduled Tribes thus throws open the Highlands to Meitei colonization.
The divisions between the Meiteis of the Imphal Valley and the Highlands tribes is also religious: Bengali Hindu missionaries converted most of the animist Meiteis and Ahom (Assamese) to Hinduism, leading to Hindu-Buddhist Wars between Hindu Manipur, Hindu Ahom and Buddhist Burma, resulting in Burma conquering "North East India" or "Greater Assam" or "Brahmaputra Valley," and coming in conflict with England ruling Bengal, England conquering all of the Burmese Empire, English Protestant missionaries converting the animist Highlands tribes to Anabaptist and Calvinist Protestantisms.
Under Moditva, it is the BJP program, directly taught and guided by the "Israeli" "Demographic Engineering" program in the Holy Land, to change the demographics of Jammu-Kashmir, Manipur Highlands, etc. to a Hindu-majority.
Biren Singh's, and the Manipur High Court's, Shenanigans, are towards this end.
The Meiteis, who are predominantly Hindu, are about 53% of the entire population of Manipur, but occupy about 10% of the land area, their native Imphal Valley.
Hindus, and Protestants are each about 41% of the population of Manipur, with Muslim Pangals being 8%.
The present trouble in Manipur is a replay of the BJP-Sangh Parivar playbook / toolkit in the 1998 Dang Hills Christmas Pogroms and the August-December 2008 Kandhamal Christmas Pogroms and landgrabs.
It is also a replay of Narendra Modi, Butcher of Gujarat's playbook and toolkit during the State Sponsored Anti-Muslim Pogroms in Gujarat and Maharashtra, 2002, where the State, and the Police, acted only against Muslims, and enabled Hindu mobs. In the same way now, Hindu Meitei mobs are allowed to run berseck by the Manipur State, Police, Assam Rifles, Indian Army, and burn Naga and Mizo-Kuki homes, properties and churches, while Nagas and Mizo-Kukis are forced into hiding under threat of the State, of"Section 144" "Curfews." 50 plus churches have been burned, and the Indian Army assures us that "things are under control." You bet "things are under control," under the control and "tender mercies" of Modi and his goons!
In a copy from the Assamese playbook, the Meiteis are pretending that there is a flood of illegal immigrant Nagas and Mizo-Kukis from Burma, threatening the Meitei demographics.
It is true that Nagas and Mizo-Kukis from Burma are fleeing the Burmese Civil War and are being sheltered by their fellow Nagas, Mizo-Kukis of Manipur. The BJP Gobarments in Manipur and Delhi wants to force them back over the border into the hands of their Bamar Supremacist persecutors, but the Nagas and Mizo-Kukis of Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, etc. reject that.
April 27, 2023: The "Indigenous Tribal Leaders Forum" (ITLF) protesting against Biren Singh's "Land Clearances" and demolition of three churches in and around New Lamka town, in Churachandpur District, attacked and vandalized the PT Open Air Sports Complex in New Lamka that Biren Singh was to have inaugurated the next day.
April 28, 2023: The "All Tribal Students Union of Manipur" (ATSUM) organized a 12-hour total shutdown in the Mizo-Kukis' native Churachandpur District against Biren Singh's "Land Clearances" during his visit there.
May 3, 2023: ATSUM, etc. organized a "Tribal Solidarity March," to protest against the High Court's illegal order to include Meiteis in the Scheduled Tribes. Biren Singh imposed a complete lockdown, internet shutdown and given his "police" permission to shoot to kill, as part of his program to break the resistance of the Highlands tribes. In reaction to the Tribals Solidarity March, in actions reminiscent of Narendra Modi's 2002 Gujarat Pogroms, Meiteis armed with machine-guns attacked the Nagas and Mizo-Kukis, and burned down three Protestant churches; the latest update is that 50 plus churches have been burned by organized Meitei mobs rampantly conducting terrorist strikes on Naga and Mizo-Kukis' homes, properties and churches, in the presence of State Police, Assam Rifles and the Indian Army, not only in the Meitei dominated Imphal Valley, but also in the Mizo-Kuki dominated "South Manipur," including in Churachandpur District!
